How do I invite my team to Scribble?
Open Team & sharing in a shared space. An owner or admin can invite a colleague by email and choose their role. Just me is private; create a shared space before inviting people.
Choose the shared space
Check the name at the top of the app. If you are in Just me, use Create a shared space under Team & sharing.
Open Team & sharing
Enter the colleague’s email and choose Member or Admin. Owners can also invite an Owner. A member can prepare mailings and manage contacts; admins can approve mailings and manage integrations.
Send the invitation
Use the invite button. Ask the colleague to open the invitation and sign in with that email.
You’ll know it worked when They appear as a member of the shared space.
Pending invitations can be revoked. Owners and admins can manage members within their permissions; the last owner cannot be removed or demoted.
The shared space has its own credits, contacts, designs and settings. Buying credits or importing contacts into Just me does not add them to the team’s space.
