Contacts and data
Save someone in Contacts or import a spreadsheet, then use those people for a single card, a mailing list or an automation. Your private Just me space includes your saved shop addresses. Shared spaces have their own contact books.
How do I add a contact?Save a name and US mailing address in Scribble. Use the same contact for one card, a mailing list or an automation in your selected space. How do I import contacts from a CSV?Import contacts into Scribble from a CSV or by pasting from a spreadsheet. Confirm the column mapping against real rows, fix bad addresses, then save. What fields does a Scribble contact have?Every field on a Scribble contact: which are required to mail a card, which drive automations, and how custom columns become merge fields. What are Scribble's address requirements?Scribble mails US addresses only. Each needs a name, street line, city, two-letter state code and five-digit ZIP, and is shape-checked rather than verified. How do Scribble contact lists work?A Scribble list is a saved group of contacts that campaigns and automations point at, so you do not re-pick 400 people every quarter. How do I stop Scribble mailing someone?Add someone to the Scribble do-not-mail list. It is checked immediately before every card is written, on every campaign and automation, and it survives re-imports.
