How do I create a Scribble business account?

No code needed

Go to scribblecards.com/signup/business and sign up with your work email. There is no approval queue and no sales call: the account is live immediately. Before you can mail anything you need to add a return address and buy at least one credit.

On this page
  1. Sign up

Go to scribblecards.com/signup/business and create an account with your work email. If you already have a personal Scribble account from buying a card, signing in with it and choosing to add a company works too — the two live side by side.

You’ll know it worked when You land on the Overview screen at /app with a four-step checklist and your company name in the top-left.

  2. Add your return address

Go to Settings and fill in the return address block: the name that goes on the envelope, street, city, state and ZIP.

You’ll know it worked when The return address panel says Complete.

  3. Pick your house handwriting

Still in Settings, choose a handwriting under House handwriting. Every campaign inherits it unless it picks its own, which is what makes your cards look like they came from the same person year after year.

You can leave this as Choose per campaign if different teams want different hands. See handwriting styles.

  4. Buy credits

Go to Credits and buy however many cards you expect to send. The per-card rate drops with the quantity on a single purchase, so buying the year's volume in one go is cheaper than buying it monthly — see volume pricing.

You’ll know it worked when Your balance appears in the top bar on every screen, and the Credits page shows the purchase in the transaction list.

  5. Set an approval threshold, if you have a team

Under Settings → Approval threshold, set the number of cards above which a campaign needs sign-off from an owner or admin. Left blank, any member can schedule any campaign at any size.

A coordinator can build a four-thousand-card campaign in an afternoon. This is the gate that stops one going out without an owner seeing it.

  6. Invite your team

Team sends invites. Members can build and send; admins and owners can also buy credits, change the return address and approve campaigns over the threshold.

#Running more than one company

Agencies and holding groups can run several. Each company keeps its own contacts, credits, return address and designs, and you switch between them from the top bar. Add one from the signup page while already signed in.
