How to get a refund
Email hello@scribblecards.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the email address used for your order so we can find it. You do not need to justify your request or send the card back. The guarantee covers any reason, including a change of mind, a late card or a problem with the card. If your card has not arrived, contact us so we can help.
What we refund
We refund the full amount paid for the card, including any applicable tax, to the original payment method. If you paid with Scribble credits, we restore the credits used for that card. There are no return shipping costs, refund fees or restocking fees. The card can be opened, written in or damaged; its condition does not affect this guarantee.
We'll confirm by email when your refund has been processed. Your bank or payment provider determines when it appears in your account. If we made a mistake with your card, you can choose a free rewrite and resend instead of a refund.
Canceling before delivery
Contact hello@scribblecards.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel. We can stop a card before writing begins. After that, we may be unable to stop delivery, but the satisfaction guarantee still applies.
Unspent credits
Separately, you can ask for a refund of unspent Scribble credits within 30 days of buying them. That refund goes to the original payment method. Credits do not expire. See the terms of service for details.
Delivery timing
For cards sent as soon as possible within the United States, allow up to 7 business days, including 1–2 business days for writing and mailing and 2–5 business days for USPS delivery. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding postal holidays. Scheduled cards follow the delivery window selected when ordering. Arrival dates are estimates.
