trusted for sales, real estate, advisor & HR mail

real ink, still glistening
Email gets deleted.
Letters get read.
Your prospects and clients get pitched in their inbox all day, every day — so another email just joins the pile. A real letter doesn’t. It arrives in a mailbox that gets checked once, opened by hand, and read because it’s the only thing in there that isn’t a bill or an ad. That’s the entire reason a 1–2% cold email response rate turns into 15× more replies when the same message shows up handwritten.
Cold email vs.
a Scribble letter.
Same pitch. Same effort to write it. Completely different odds it gets read.

see the pressure? that’s a real pen.
| Scribble Letter | Cold Email | |
|---|---|---|
| Open rate | 99% | 20–30% |
| Reply rate | 15× higher | 1–2% |
| Feels like | A person wrote it | A template filled it in |
| Competing with, today | 2–3 pieces of mail | 120+ emails |
| Lifespan | 17 days on a desk | 17 seconds in an inbox |
that gap is where the 300% ROI lift comes from
One letter. Any reason your
business needs to write one.

Sales prospecting & cold outreach
A full page gives you room to actually make the pitch, not just a one-line note. Reps use it for the accounts email couldn't crack — add a QR code and you get the same click-tracking you're used to from digital outreach.

Real estate farming & listing letters
Long-form beats a postcard when you're introducing yourself to a whole street or explaining why a home sold for what it did. Segment a farm area or past-client list once, and a fresh letter goes out on your schedule.

Client & advisor relationship letters
Market updates, portfolio check-ins, and personal thank-yous that make a client feel like more than an account number — triggered straight from your CRM.

HR, onboarding & team letters
A new hire's first week, a five-year anniversary, or a promotion deserves more than a card-sized message. Connect your HRIS once and the dates take care of themselves.
Need something shorter — a quick thank-you, a birthday wish, a post-purchase note? That’s what our cards are for. Letters are for when you need more room to say it.
Set it up once. Every letter
still feels handwritten.

Handwritten letters for
business, answered.
What do handwritten letters cost at business volume?
From $2.45 per letter at volume, up to $6.99 for a one-off — paper, envelope, real-pen writing, and US postage are all baked into that number, not added on top. The per-letter price drops across eight tiers as volume grows, down to $2.45 once you're past 10,000 a month. Buy credits as you need them; there's no monthly plan to commit to.
Is it really handwritten, or a very good font?
Really handwritten — there's no font involved. A robotic arm holds an actual pen and writes each letter individually, so pressure and spacing shift slightly line to line, the way your own handwriting does. It's also why a letter can't be instant: every one is physically written, one at a time.
What's the difference between a handwritten letter and a handwritten card?
Format and length. Cards are folded, illustrated, and built for a quick message — a birthday wish, a thank-you. Letters are flat, full-page (or multi-page), and built for when you need more room to write: a prospecting pitch, a market update, a real estate farming touch.
How does a thousand letters each stay personal instead of templated?
Mail-merge fields pulled straight from your CRM — name, last order, renewal date, whatever's relevant — get written into each letter individually, in real ink, before it's mailed. Nobody receiving one can tell it came from a batch of ten thousand.
Do I need a minimum order to get started?
No. Send one letter or ten thousand — you'll just pay less per letter as the volume goes up.
Can you mail letters outside the US?
Not yet. Scribble currently prints and mails within the US only, with postage included on every letter regardless of volume.
Can I get a sample before I commit to a campaign?
Yes — we'll mail you a real handwritten letter, free, so you can hold the actual paper and ink before committing to any volume. Or skip straight to Talk to Sales if you'd rather just discuss your use case.
