Work anniversary designs(23)
Understated on the front, because the message inside is the part that matters here.
Or put your own artwork on it
Upload your artwork at 108 × 140 mm, then add the message inside. Your design is saved privately in your account and costs the same to send as a card from our collection.
A Slack message on the day does not count
Most companies mark a work anniversary with a message in a channel and eleven emoji reactions. It takes four seconds to send and about the same to forget.
A card posted to somebody's home is a different object. It arrives where they live, it has their manager's actual handwriting-shaped message in it, and it tends to end up on a fridge or a shelf. Five-year cards get kept for a long time.
It also scales in a way that a thoughtful manager does not. Two hundred employees means roughly four anniversaries a week, every week, forever. That is a job for a trigger.
Connect the HR system once
Start dates go stale the moment somebody joins or leaves. Reading them live is the only version that keeps working.
Connect your HRIS or upload the team
We read the start date field. Anybody who joins after that gets picked up automatically, and leavers drop off.
Set the milestones you care about
Every year, or just the ones with a zero or five on the end. Different message for a first year than for a tenth, if you want.
Post it to their home
Home address beats a desk they may not sit at. If you only hold work addresses, that works too.
It repeats without you
We check daily and write the cards a few days ahead so they land in the window before the date. One card per person per year, always.
Works with HubSpot, Salesforce, Shopify, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Zapier, Make, n8n and webhooks. Anything else with an API, we will build it free of charge.
What to write in a work anniversary card
Name the year and name one thing they did. Generic praise reads as generic praise even in real ink.
- First year

- Fifth year

- Tenth year

- From a manager who joined recently

- Short and warm

Copy any of these. Change the name and the one detail only you would know, and it sounds like you wrote it. That is the whole job: short, specific, no sales pitch. Every card above is a different handwriting in real ink, and on a real send your CRM fills in the names, so four thousand cards say four thousand different things.
The more you send, the less each one costs
One credit buys one card, written and posted, US stamp included. Credits get bought when you have something to send and they do not expire. There is no monthly fee and no minimum order.
Opening one takes about two minutes and costs nothing until you buy credits. Want a quote, a contract, or an invoice? Talk to sales.
Work anniversary cards, answered
Can the cards go to employees' home addresses?
Yes, and it is what most companies choose. A card that arrives at home lands differently to one left on a desk, and it works whether the person is remote, hybrid or in the office every day.
How do you know when everyone's anniversary is?
We read the start date out of your HR system, so the list stays right on its own. New joiners appear without anybody adding them, and people who leave stop getting cards.
What does it cost per employee?
One card a year each, at $6.99 for small numbers and less as volume grows. A 200-person company sending one card per anniversary spends around $1,100 a year at the $5.59 tier, postage included.
Can different milestones get different cards?
Yes. Set one design and message for the first year, another for five, another for ten. Or send every year with the number merged in.
Can the manager's name be on it rather than the company's?
Yes. The signature and sign-off are yours to set, and they can vary by team or by manager.
