New year designs for business
Send your own artwork if you have it. We handle the writing and the mail.
We're still drawing this one.
We do send this card. There is just no artwork of ours for it yet, so today it goes out on your own design. Talk to us about it.
~ show me everything ~Or put your own artwork on it
Most companies do. Upload a print-ready PNG, JPG, PDF or TIFF in the app, at 108 × 140mm, and it becomes a card you can send the same day. No approval step and no setup fee, and it costs the same as one of ours.
December is crowded and January is empty
Every supplier a company has sends a card in the first fortnight of December. They arrive together, get looked at together, and go in the recycling together.
A card that turns up on the 8th of January arrives alone. The desk is clear, the person reading it is back at work and slightly miserable about it, and yours is the only thing in the post that is not an invoice.
It also buys you time. If November got away from you, this is not a compromise, it is the better slot.
How the January send works
Same job as a December list, minus the December postal service.
Bring the list in December
You can hand it over any time. We hold it and post to your window.
Pick a landing week
The second week of January is the sweet spot. The first is still holiday for a lot of people.
Set the inside once
Logo, standing line, signature. The handwritten message underneath can differ per contact.
We write and post the lot
Individually written, hand-addressed, stamped. Tracking pings as they go out.
Works with HubSpot, Salesforce, Shopify, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Zapier, Make, n8n and webhooks. Anything else with an API, we will build it free of charge.
What to write in a corporate new year card
Forward-looking beats backward-looking. They have already had a month of people thanking them for last year.
- To a client

- To a customer

- To a prospect

- To your team

- Short

Copy any of these. Change the name and the one detail only you would know, and it sounds like you wrote it. That is the whole job: short, specific, no sales pitch. Every card above is a different handwriting in real ink, and on a real send your CRM fills in the names, so four thousand cards say four thousand different things.
The more you send, the less each one costs
One credit buys one card, written and posted, US stamp included. Credits get bought when you have something to send and they do not expire. There is no monthly fee and no minimum order.
Opening one takes about two minutes and costs nothing until you buy credits. Sending more than ten thousand, or need a contract and an invoice? Talk to sales.
Corporate new year cards, answered
Is a new year card better than a Christmas card?
For reaching people, usually yes. December post arrives in a pile of forty and January post arrives on its own. It is also cheaper to be late with, because there is no fixed date to miss.
When should it land?
The second week of January. The first week still has people off, and by February it has stopped being a new year card.
How much do corporate new year cards cost?
$6.99 for one, $5.59 at 100, $4.19 at 500, $3.50 at a thousand, $2.45 past ten thousand. US postage included at every tier.
Can we hand over the list before the holidays?
Yes, and it is easier for everyone if you do. Give us the list in December, tell us the week to land in, and it goes out while your office is still shut.
