Business birthday cards
A birthday is usually the one date a company already holds on every customer and never does anything with. Connect it once and we write the card by hand, in real ink, and post it so it lands in the days before.
- A real pen, not a font
- $6.99 one card, $2.45 at volume
- US postage included
- Your logo and signature inside
Birthday designs for business(10)
Every design here works with your logo and sign-off printed inside. You can also send your own artwork instead.
Or put your own artwork on it
Most companies do. Upload a print-ready PNG, JPG, PDF or TIFF in the app, at 108 × 140mm, and it becomes a card you can send the same day. No approval step and no setup fee, and it costs the same as one of ours.
Nobody throws away a birthday card
Your CRM has a date-of-birth column and your checkout probably asks for one too. In most companies that column has never once caused anything to happen.
It is the only reason you have to write to a customer that has nothing to do with selling them something. That is exactly why it works. A birthday card from a company asks for nothing, so nobody puts it in the bin with the pizza flyers. It goes on the desk, and it sits there for a week or two next to a screen they look at all day.
The cards on this page are our own designs. If your brand has its own artwork, upload it and we will write on that instead.
Set it up once, then stop thinking about it
Four hundred customer birthdays a year is not a thing anybody keeps on top of by hand. It is a thing a computer is good at.
Point us at the dates
Connect HubSpot, Salesforce, Shopify or your HR system and we read the birthday field that is already in there. No export, no spreadsheet.
Write the message once
One message with the first name merged in. Set the inside up with your logo, a line you always use, and the team's signature.
We check every morning
Whose birthday is coming up in the next few days? Those cards get written that day. Each person gets one card per birthday however many of your lists they sit on.
It lands before the day
We post early enough that it arrives in the four or five days up to the date. We would rather be a bit early than a day late.
Works with HubSpot, Salesforce, Shopify, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Zapier, Make, n8n and webhooks. Anything else with an API, we will build it free of charge.
What to write in a business birthday card
Short beats clever. A card is small, and one specific line does more work than a paragraph of good wishes.
- A customer you have never met

- A client you speak to every week

- Someone on your team

- A customer who has been with you for years

- When you barely know them

Copy any of these. Change the name and the one detail only you would know, and it sounds like you wrote it. That is the whole job: short, specific, no sales pitch. Every card above is a different handwriting in real ink, and on a real send your CRM fills in the names, so four thousand cards say four thousand different things.
The more you send, the less each one costs
One credit buys one card, written and posted, US stamp included. Credits get bought when you have something to send and they do not expire. There is no monthly fee and no minimum order.
Opening one takes about two minutes and costs nothing until you buy credits. Sending more than ten thousand, or need a contract and an invoice? Talk to sales.
Business birthday cards, answered
How much does a business birthday card cost?
$6.99 for one, with US postage in that price. It drops as you send more: $5.59 at 100, $4.19 at 500, $3.50 at a thousand, and $2.45 once you are past ten thousand. The card, the envelope, the ink and the stamp are all in the number, and there is no monthly fee.
Are they really handwritten?
Yes, by a robot arm holding an ordinary pen. There is no printing and no font. Ink pools slightly where the pen changes direction and the pressure shifts line to line, because it is a physical pen on physical card. It is also why a card cannot be instant: each one gets written on its own.
Will it arrive on the actual birthday?
We aim for the four or five days before it, not the day itself. The postal service does not do exact days, and a card that turns up the day after is worse than one that turns up three days early. So we set the window to end on the date.
Can we send these automatically from our CRM?
That is the main way companies use them. Connect HubSpot, Salesforce, Shopify, Klaviyo, Zapier, Make, n8n or a webhook, and the birthday field you already store triggers the card. We check once a day and nobody gets two.
Can our logo go inside?
Yes. You set the inside up once with your logo, any standing line you want on every card, and the team's signature. The handwritten message goes underneath, and it changes per person.
What if we want our own card design?
Upload it. The designs on this page are ours and free to use, but plenty of companies send their own artwork on the front and use us for the writing and the mailing.
