Sending your own artwork? Upload the front and we will handle the writing and the mailing.
Or put your own artwork on it
Upload your artwork at 108 × 140 mm, then add the message inside. Your design is saved privately in your account and costs the same to send as a card from our collection.
Everyone gets the same card in December
Around the first week of December, a client's desk fills up with cards from suppliers. They all have a printed greeting and a printed signature. Most go up on a shelf for two weeks and then into recycling, and nobody could tell you afterwards who sent which.
The one that gets read is the one with handwriting in it. Not a script typeface: ink, with the pressure varying and the letters not quite matching. It is the difference between a card that was addressed to a list and one that was written to a person.
Two hundred cards costs $4.89 each, all in. That is the card, the envelope, the writing and the stamp.
How a December list actually gets sent
Most companies leave it until the last week of November and then somebody loses an evening to it. This is the version where nobody does.
Bring the list
Upload a CSV or pull the list straight out of your CRM. Segment it if you want, so clients and suppliers get different words.
Choose the card and set the inside
Pick a design for the front or send your own. Set the sign-off line and the signature once, and the pen writes them inside every card.
Say when it should land
Give us the date you want them on desks by. We work backwards from it, which in December means starting earlier than you think.
We write and post the lot
Every card written individually in real ink, hand-addressed, stamped, mailed. You get tracking as they go out.
Works with HubSpot, Salesforce, Shopify, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Zapier, Make, n8n and webhooks. Anything else with an API, we will build it free of charge.
What to write in a corporate Christmas card
Skip the corporate voice. The card is small, so one specific sentence beats a paragraph of good wishes.
- To a client

- To a customer you have never met

- To a supplier

- To your team

- When the relationship is new

Copy any of these. Change the name and the one detail only you would know, and it sounds like you wrote it. That is the whole job: short, specific, no sales pitch. Every card above is a different handwriting in real ink, and on a real send your CRM fills in the names, so four thousand cards say four thousand different things.
The more you send, the less each one costs
One credit buys one card, written and posted, US stamp included. Credits get bought when you have something to send and they do not expire. There is no monthly fee and no minimum order.
Opening one takes about two minutes and costs nothing until you buy credits. Want a quote, a contract, or an invoice? Talk to sales.
Corporate Christmas cards, answered
When should we send corporate Christmas cards?
Aim for the first week of December on the desk. That means giving us the list in the second half of November, and earlier if you are sending several thousand. December mail is slow and the whole point is that the card arrives while the recipient still cares.
How much are corporate Christmas cards?
$6.99 for one and it falls with volume: $5.59 at 100, $4.89 at 250, $4.19 at 500, $3.50 at 1,000, down to $2.45 past 10,000. US postage is in every one of those numbers.
Can we put our company logo on the card?
On the front, yes — send us your own artwork and we print it. Not on the inside, though. Nothing is printed in there at all: the inside is what the pen writes. What you set once is a standing line and the team's signature, and the pen writes those on every card along with the message.
Can different clients get different messages?
Yes. Segment the list and each segment gets its own message, or use merge fields and every single card says something different. It costs the same either way.
Do you offer non-religious cards for a mixed client list?
Yes, and it is worth thinking about before you send. There is a separate set of neutral designs and wording on our corporate holiday cards page.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Send twelve cards or twelve thousand. The price per card is the only thing that changes.
