Holiday designs for business
Neutral by design, so the same card can go to the whole list without anyone having to check.
We're still drawing this one.
We do send this card. There is just no artwork of ours for it yet, so today it goes out on your own design. Talk to us about it.

Most companies do. Upload a print-ready PNG, JPG, PDF or TIFF in the app, at 108 × 140mm, and it becomes a card you can send the same day. No approval step and no setup fee, and it costs the same as one of ours.
Why most companies send a holiday card, not a Christmas one
Once a client list gets past a few hundred names, somebody has to decide whether every one of those people celebrates Christmas. The safe answer is that they do not, and the cost of getting it wrong is a customer who feels like you were not paying attention.
So the December card gets neutral. The risk is that it also gets bland, and a bland card is worse than no card: it says a marketing calendar produced this. Handwriting is what stops that happening. A neutral greeting in someone's actual handwriting still reads as a person writing to a person.
If your list is one you know well and Christmas is right for it, we have a separate set of Christmas cards and wording.
One list, one afternoon, done
The whole job is choosing the card and deciding what it says. We do the rest of it.
Upload or connect the list
A CSV works. So does pulling contacts straight from HubSpot, Salesforce or Shopify.
Split it if you want to
Clients, prospects, suppliers and staff can each get different words off the same design, or the same words off different designs.
Set the inside once
Logo, standing line, team signature. Printed on every card, with the handwritten message beneath it.
Tell us the date to land by
We work back from it and post early enough to hit the four or five days before. In December, give us more room than feels necessary.
Works with HubSpot, Salesforce, Shopify, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Zapier, Make, n8n and webhooks. Anything else with an API, we will build it free of charge.
What to write in a corporate holiday card
Neutral does not have to mean empty. Say the specific thing about the year and the greeting takes care of itself.
- To a client

- To a customer

- To a prospect you are still working on

- To your team

- Very short

Copy any of these. Change the name and the one detail only you would know, and it sounds like you wrote it. That is the whole job: short, specific, no sales pitch. Every card above is a different handwriting in real ink, and on a real send your CRM fills in the names, so four thousand cards say four thousand different things.
The more you send, the less each one costs
One credit buys one card, written and posted, US stamp included. Credits get bought when you have something to send and they do not expire. There is no monthly fee and no minimum order.
Opening one takes about two minutes and costs nothing until you buy credits. Sending more than ten thousand, or need a contract and an invoice? Talk to sales.
Corporate holiday cards, answered
What is the difference between a corporate holiday card and a Christmas card?
Wording and artwork. A holiday card avoids naming a specific festival, so the same card can go to a whole client list without anyone auditing it first. If you know your list and Christmas suits it, our corporate Christmas cards page has the designs and the wording for that.
How much do corporate holiday cards cost?
From $6.99 for one down to $2.45 each past ten thousand, with the US stamp included at every tier. A 500-card send works out at $4.19 a card.
When do we need to get the list to you?
For a December arrival, the second half of November. Large sends want longer. Tell us the date you want them landing by and we plan backwards from it.
Is it really handwritten, or a handwriting font?
A robot arm holds a real pen and writes on real card stock. No print layer, no font file. Order a free sample if you want to see the ink before you commit a list to it.
Can we send our own card design?
Yes. Upload the artwork and we write the inside and mail it. Plenty of companies already have a card designed and just need the handwriting and the postage.
