When will my card arrive?
We usually mail your card in 1–2 business days. Allow another 2–5 business days for USPS delivery. Arrival dates are estimates, so leave extra time for an important occasion.
How do prepaid credits work?
One credit covers one standard card, your handwritten message, an addressed envelope, and US postage. Anyone can buy credits in a free account. Use them across different designs and future orders, for one card or a whole list. Credits never expire, and there is no subscription.
Can I send this card to a whole list?
Yes. Add your contacts to your account, choose this design, and personalize each message. You can send the cards together or schedule them for later.
Can you mail the card to me instead?
Yes. Enter your own address if you would like to give it to them in person. Otherwise, we’ll mail it directly to your recipient.
Can I cancel my card or get a refund?
You can cancel before writing begins. Once your card is being written, it can’t be canceled or refunded. If we make a mistake, we’ll rewrite and resend it free. Read our cancellation and refund policy.
